Walks will be in or very near Long Ashton. Details will be shared via email and Whatsapp.
Bring
A drink and a mug.
Wear
Walking boots or wellies, there will be muddy paths and puddles!
Comfy clothing. Layers are best as we will be walking and standing.
Safety
We will be walking on uneven terrain. Some steep slopes, slippery mud, stones and other natural debris.
Location
Will be walking in or very close to your hosts village of residence, (Long Ashton)

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used for another date, however, they may be passed on to someone else.
Arrival/
Departure
Arrive at 9.30am for a prompt 10am start.
We end at 12.30pm which may be within 10 min walk from carpark.
Option to stay on after. Some days we may have a fire.
Herbal tea will be served at the end.

Sarah-Jane Cobley has been a qualified Medical Herbalist for 10 years after studying a herbal medicine degree for 10 years at University of East London. This means she is legally able to diagnose common medical conditions and prescribe personalised herbal tonics after consultation. She also has a diploma in Health Coaching with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, She has a certificate in Community Organising. Sarah-Jane loves natural medicine, nature adventures and outdoor seasonal gatherings. She lives in Long Ashton, North Somerset, on the outskirts of Bristol with her husband and three teenage children.
